  I've been coming here for years, and their processes have definitely improved! It's been immensely helpful to have someone in the reception area to field questions. I also have to compliment Beth specifically- she has always been the kindest and most patient phlebotomist I've encountered, and although all of the staff are great, I'm always secretly excited when we get Beth. Please ensure that she knows she has a lot of fans, and we appreciate the time that she takes to explain the process and considerations, especially for those who are less thrilled about the prospect of blood collection but love to know as much as possible about it to make it easier for next time. <3

  All in all, it was an awesome experience and one of the best experiences I've had since getting lab work completed through Quest. The location was extremely convenient to my home, clean facility, easy check-in process, helpful attendants and appointment time honored perfectly. Alejandro was fantastic, caring, pleasant and very patient!

  I came in for blood work for my first pregnancy. I was with Melissa and when I say she was amazing and full of character!!! Im always nervous about needles and she made me comfortable. She was talking to me and my husband as if we knew each other for years. I never thought I would walk out of this appointment with laughter and a smile on our face. Big thanks to you Melissa. Keep up the GREAT work!! We appreciate you!

  Wait times need improvement. Arrived 10mins early (12pm) to my scheduled 12:10pm appointment. I wasn’t called back until 12:28pm and checked out by 12:45pm. The tech was very nice though.

  I am prone to getting very dizzy or faint when it comes to seeing my blood. I shouldn’t have asked, but I asked how many vials of blood I would be giving and he told me 8. That made me extremely anxious but Alejandro did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable. First he offered to bring me to a room with a recliner instead of an upright chair but they were all in use. I said it’s fine no worries, but he provided a chair so I could lay back. I looked away because seeing the blood usually triggers me to faint. Alejandro made conversation with me to keep me distracted, gave me water and really helped so I could get through the process. He was extremely nice and comforting and afterwards I was shaking because I became extremely cold all of a sudden. He was very professional and helped calm my nerves. Also it was a quick process and I was out in no time. Alejandro, I know you think it’s not a big deal but thank you. Your service is very much appreciated. God bless you.
