- DODiana OcampoFeb 14, 20265.0I’ve only done two classes but I like how even though I know absolutely nothing (new terms for me: Fireman something, Pilates V, Magic Circles, etc) the instructors are really patient with you and keep an eye to make sure you’re doing okay but still push you to keep up. I am only doing the beginner sessions since I’ve been 1000% sedentary for years but I hope to build my stamina and strength up for the cardio sessions. Tip: The late night balance session is a really nice stretch hour to relax your muscles for sleep. Shout out to my instructors Gabriella and Vanity! Thank you for your kindness!
