  I had an absolutely perfect time being cared for. I have rolling veins so drawing blood can be a pain, my nurse was so patient and gentle and got a vein the very first time! The doctor who cared for me did an amazing job explaining what was happening and why certain things were getting done. I left feeling heard and so much better!

  It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very polite and helpful. All the nursing staff were excellent. Please we will like to specially thank Sebastian for such a warming interaction, he is without a doubt amazing at interacting with patients, very kind and helpful. I am very thankful for all the attention I received.

  I took my son here for a fever and cough, the initial visit was good, the doctor prescribed several medicines including Albuterol for the cough along with a doctor's note for three days. Getting the prescriptions at Walgreens, the Albuterol wasn't there, when I called the urgent care they said it wasn't prescribed, despite it being on the discharge papers and the doctor telling me he was prescribing, they said they couldn't prescribe it because the same doctor I saw was not there, they said I would have to take my son in again for a brand new visit to be examined all over again and of course pay my copays again. When asked if I can get a new doctors note for a few extra days seeing as he was still sick, guess what, they can't do that, I'd have to go in for a new visit again. It seems all very much along the lines of we want to charge the insurance again so sorry we can't do that.

  I woke up this morning with a sore throat and decided to visit the Cutler Bay Urgent Care, especially since I am traveling tonight and wanted to avoid getting sicker while out of town. I also live just 10 minutes away, which made it convenient. If I say I had the best, most amazing experience, I would still be understating it. The staff was not only welcoming but incredibly attentive, making me feel as though I had known them for years—as if I were among family or friends. They realized it was my birthday, and to my surprise, they all came into the room to sing “Happy Birthday” and even gave me a handwritten birthday card. It truly meant so much to me. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone—from the front desk, to the nursing staff, to the security guard, and of course, the physician. The team members I was able to get names for were Sebastian at the front desk, Simon M., and Dr. Denise Cabrera. I also interacted with other wonderful staff members whose names I unfortunately did not catch, but they were equally amazing. I also want to recognize and congratulate the leadership overseeing this location. This experience is a true testament to the culture you are fostering.

  Worst service ever! Some bald guy nurse has the worst manners, treated my dad so rudely. Yelled at him and my dad is the sweetest man. Front desk ignored him and my dad was in pain yet kind and respectful. Dad kindly asked a few questions about insurance, and the guys literally yelled at him saying “should I get a kindergartner teacher to explain it to you with apples and bananas?!” What kind of professional says that to someone? Specially within the healthcare system?! This was a humiliation, and complete discrimination towards my dad. My dad is an older gentleman and couldn’t get his name. This guy worked the night shift on Tuesday 3/24 at 7pm. This speaks volumes on this urgent care. Disappointing. I do not recommend this place. I barely name reviews and specially bad ones but this triggered me. I have had bad experiences here yet never made a reviews, family members have also had a horrible experience with staff but this one just hit different. Lack of empathy and professionalism. Also, beware that they are not upfront about their costs and insurance acceptance. They won’t tell you if your insurance is accepted until AFTER they render services. First urgent care that I hear about this. I highly recommend the Baptist urgent care on 152nd st. This one is trash. Their staff is horrible. This guy should be firmly reprimanded!
