  Leslie @ Miracle Ear in Crystal River is simply amazing. She's genuinely excited to help you hear better, and it shows. Leslie invited me into Miracle Ear in Crystal River for a free hearing test. I didn't even know I had a hearing problem. After finding out my results, Leslie didn't pressure me into buying over-priced hearing aids. At 50, I wasn't mentally ready for hearing aids yet. My back hurts, and I need readers, but hearing aids? Come on man. Well, after about a year, and another hearing test, Leslie took the time, again to sit down with me and tell me what the ramifications of not dealing with my hearing loss sooner, rather than later would do. I love music. I play music, I listen to music, music is life, and always has been. It was explained to me that if I didn't catch my hearing loss now, in its infancy, one of the things I love most about life was threatening to be taken away from me. It was at that moment that I realized I needed to take action. I followed Leslie's suggestions and allowed her to guide my journey. Leslie was very methodical and explained every step along the way. I was informed and never felt like I was confused or didn't understand the situation. Upon delivery of my aids, Leslie and I met multiple times to "dial them in". Eventually I was able to be comfortable wearing them and did notice a difference in my hearing. Since then, I've met with Leslie to have checkups/cleanings and to make sure I was still satisfied.I make it a point to wear my aids daily. It was something that I had to get used to and have. I've made them a part of me, and will keep wearing the as much as I can to help keep from any additional hearing loss happening. Patty and Leslie care about their customers, and it shows. From the minute you walk-in to their shop, and still to this day, you will feel like you are a customer they care about and want to help. I would recommend Miracle Ear in Crystal River with Leslie and Patty to anyone looking to hear better.

  My kids pushed me to go and get the free hearing test and gift card was the incentive plus me not hearing all conversations real well. I finally decided to go and I want to tell you the people there were very nice and helpful and made me feel totally relaxed. They were very understanding and empathetic. Good place.

  The ladies were really friendly and helpful. Lesley was very knowledgeable and really explained the process of the ear. Would recommend them so much!!
