  not only have I heard great things about this facility from a friend who has visited here for multiple appointments, but I have heard it is a one stop shop for cancer treatment, in so far as they provide radiology and chemotherapy treatments, as well as multiple different types of testing, including various scans. As far as my own firsthand experience, the ladies working at the front desk are absolute angels! They really want to help you. I can only imagine that they have seen hundreds, if not thousands, of patients that are all in dire need. But it would appear that they are not jaded by this. When I came in, Mallory and Terry treated me like a human being and even went above and beyond to offer and help me. I also needed to call into the office and Jessica was a huge help. Everyone here is so polite and courteous and kind. If anyone should run into a miscommunication here, I would be confident that it was a true mistake and not out of neglect or someone not caring enough. I really feel like the employees actually care here. You're not just a number. I'm excited for my loved one to be treated here because I feel that they will take good care of him.

  The staff that I was in contact with,Dr Warren Amos, Jessica the nurse, Erin and Melissaa the radiation technicians and Mallory the receptionist were amazing during my preparation for radiation and during my radiation treatments. I felt they were concerned about me and the treatment plan that Dr. Amos had ordered. I would recommend Genesis Care and particularly these staff members who go above and beyond. Thank you all.
