I bought eyeglasses from Target last year. This was my first time buying glasses from Target. I had an excellent experience so I am back again this year. This year, I decided to buy Meta glasses. Peggy helped me and she is excellent too. She was very knowledgeable about Meta glasses and was able to answer all my questions. What sold me on Meta this year is Peggy knowledge and experience wearing Meta glasses. I bought the new RanBan Blayzer grey glasses. I highly recommend meta glasses and Target Optical. And recommend Peggy. Peggy and my girlfriend help me decide on the grey color over the black. They, were right, they grey look better on me and more stylish too! THANK YOU PEGGY.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Target Optical in Coral Springs. Two years ago, I got glasses from them and struggled to see clearly for nearly a month afterward. I assumed my vision was just getting worse since I spend a lot of time on a computer. At my appointment last year, I was told my prescription hadn’t changed much, so I kept the same glasses. However, I recently visited a different optometrist for my annual exam and was told that the prescription in my left eye was actually four times stronger than it should have been. This explains the ongoing issues I’ve had with my vision. It’s frustrating to realize that I have been wearing an incorrect prescription for so long.

I’ve been a patient here for four years, and the quality of service has consistently declined. My last two exams violated the FTC’s Eyeglass Rule, as I was not given my prescription after the exam either time. During my most recent visit, the staff member Drew was openly rude and dismissive when I requested my prescription so I could purchase lenses elsewhere. He handed me an illegible script missing essential information, and when I returned to have it corrected, he responded with hostility and refused to help. I ultimately had to have an outside source verify the prescription I paid for. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patient rights is unacceptable, and I can no longer recommend this practice
