  Just wanted to share a review on my recent visit to this location and the atrocious customer service I was given. As I walked in I was greeted not with a hello or welcome but a “You here to pick up!?” I didn’t know I was walking into a Chinese restaurant. A man sitting at one of the desks asked if I needed help I answered I wanted to see if my glasses protection was still valid or if I needed to get new ones there are chairs that are in front of the desk but he never offered me a seat. After checking he said my protection had expired after giving me the information on options I picked out new frames and told him I was ready to finish the process after he was finished helping 2 people who came in 10 minutes after I did. He looked at me and walked away. He then went and spoke to the person who spoke to me at the door (an older white woman). He decided to all of a sudden go to lunch he told the woman that he was leaving and that I was ready to purchase she commented loudly “ that he’ll have to wait!” I heard after the fact that this person was the on shift manager who I could definitely tell had her mind set to help the people who came in after me before me. Another employee came into the store and asked this manager if I needed help she stated he’s just looking. Really!?! I may not look like the majority that shop in the area but if this is the type of customer service given to people who don’t look like their normal customers then I can spend my money elsewhere. I left because this is unacceptable behavior. Target Optical Do Better

  Peggy at Target Optical in Coral Springs is extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! She offers great customer service and is so helpful when trying to choose glasses! I highly recommend buying all your eyewear needs from Target Optical in Coral Springs! Thank you Peggy for your great service and for sharing all your experience and knowledge with us!!

  🤫 The most amazing people on this side of heaven. My family and I love Peggy and her crew. They are professional, friendly, attentive , thoughtful.........But don't tell anyone.....lol. I would hate not to be able to get an appointment. JK, tell the world.....😁

  I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience at Target Optical today with Felipe and the entire staff. From the moment I arrived, the team was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. Even though the store was very busy, each customer was treated with care and attention. The staff made sure everyone’s eye care needs were met without feeling rushed, which truly stood out to me. I especially enjoyed working with Felipe. He took the time to thoroughly break down my insurance coverage, clearly explained my new prescription, and helped me select my new glasses. His knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made the entire process easy and enjoyable. If you are looking for great eye care and outstanding customer service, don’t hesitate to visit this Target Optical location and schedule an appointment with Dr. Nebb and the amazing Target Optical staff.   The entire staff at this location are so so patient and so kind, even though they were unde heavy stress do to the amount of customers at the office. I commend each and every one of them for their professionalism and for keeping it calm and making sure the customer is getting their full attention. I will always come back because every time I visit I am treated with the outmost care and attention.
