I first called and was told to send an email, which I did—twice—but my membership was never canceled. It’s now been seven months, and they’ve continued to charge me. The only “options” they give are to show up in person (the gym is three hours away from where I live) or send a certified email—both unreasonable in today’s world. Yes, they have an app, which I use, but there is no way to cancel through it. This is clearly a business built on junk fees and deceptive practices. I’m convinced they rely on a model where clients who want to cancel simply give up, and the company keeps charging them. Completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities. It should not be this difficult to cancel a membership in this day and age. Stay away from this company.

Weekend nights are quiet and I love how this locations lighting is a little dimmer than the bright fluorescent lights in other locations.
