Even on my worst days, I always try my best to treat others the way I would like to be treated. Recently, I have been looking for a place to get an eye exam and help with new glasses because I have been experiencing frequent headaches due to my outdated prescription. Unfortunately, situations like this are one of the reasons I hesitate to visit optical stores. Too often, the customer service experience feels dismissive, even though we are the ones paying for the service.
