  I’ve shopped here periodically for over a decade. When I stop in, I typically spend a few hundred dollars nothing extravagant, but I’ve consistently supported the business. I’ve also enjoyed coming in to use the InBody machine over the years. During my most recent visit to pick up my yearly supply, I was told there is now a $20 purchase required to use the machine. Even after they saw my account history and spending pattern, there was no flexibility just a policy and a transaction. It’s not a bad store, and I understand businesses evolve. It just doesn’t feel the way it used to. The relationship aspect seems to have been replaced by a more rigid, transactional approach.

  Truly remarkable. The customer service here is one for the books and needs more recognition. Nicaya was absolutely amazing and knows her products. She helped me with all my needs, and her recommendations were informed and not pushy. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

  Went here to do a body scan, spoke with Nicya an employee here- she has amazing energy super positive attitude and explained everything on the Inbody test and recommended some great supplement and protein snacks to help me on my journey!!! Amazing people great place!!!

  I used to really look forward to visiting this store, and the previous manager always greeted me like a friend, which made the experience very comfortable. Since the new manager took over, I’ve felt some pressure every time I go in. He seems very focused on increasing sales and often pushes products in a way that makes it hard for me to say no. Personally, I don’t enjoy this kind of shopping environment, and I hope the store can find a more relaxed and friendly way to interact with customers.
