I had such a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to the amazing team there. Elain, Faviana and Maria who helped me were incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.
They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal on my contact lenses. What really stood out is that they didn’t pressure me at all—instead, they worked with me transparently after I showed them I could get a lower price elsewhere.
It’s rare to find customer service that feels this honest and supportive. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely be coming back!

Not the best experience. Purchased glasses from them a year ago and went yesterday to look at frames to take advantage of my annual vision insurance benefits. Upon walking in the employees asked what I needed apprehensively, almost as if they were confused about why I had the audacity to walk into their store.
After explaining myself and telling them that I'd like to explore different frames and the issues I'm having with the previous frames I purchased, I was told just to look for smaller frames.
No recommendations. No suggestions. No help. Two employees seemed freed up and not busy with other customers. They were not approachable and I felt like I would be disrupting if I went to ask for help. Just an overall very unwelcome feeling.

Decided to give LensCrafters a try after a pretty poor experience with another provider (America’s Best), and I’m glad I did.
First off, the store itself looks great—spacious, modern, and well thought out. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized and intentional.
The check-in process was seamless. The front desk team had everything ready to go, including my insurance, before I even arrived. That alone was a huge upgrade compared to my last experience.
The doctor was excellent. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. You can tell she genuinely knows her stuff and cares about what she does. On top of that, she was easy to talk to and made the whole experience seamless.
After the exam, the LensCrafters sales team really stood out. They worked with me to find the best options and even helped match/beat online pricing, which I didn’t expect. That level of effort deserves recognition.
Overall, this was a refreshing experience and a reminder of how things should be done. This LensCrafters will definitely be my go-to moving forward.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
