- MGMartha Garcia4 days ago1.0My name is Martha Garcia : The service is very very poor the told me that my Glasses will be ready 2 weeks after my order that I placed on 12/22/25 and today 1/9/26 is not ready yet they don’t know when they will have it ready and the supervisor is like the owner of the store or the VIP of this company, NOONE knew her schedule and the employer Fabiana did not know what to know, that is soooo sad that a company like that still in business and the Government of USA has not close you guys yet. I live in Dominican Republic and we have better services than you guys in USA. Tomorrow I will be waiting for your call wiith the day and time that my glasses will be ready.

- JDJJ D6 days ago1.0Disrespectful associates in person and over the phone who don’t place orders. Don’t trust this location. Manager should train staff on customer service. I went to this location in person for an eye exam and then tried to speak with a sales associate to talk about options and their attitude was very disrespectful. I then called the location to place an order. They took my credit card details and allegedly placed the order. A month later they hadn’t reached out with a delivery notice despite saying it would take 2-3 weeks so I called them back. Turns out the original sales associate I spoke with never even put the order through. The new associate I spoke with over the phone (1/7/25) gave me attitude about whether I ever even placed the order in the first place. Disappointing customer service.
