The doctor was un empathetic. I had an accident and needed stitches on my face, but she decided to apply medical glue instead, which was simpler. It left a terrible scar in my face.
They were all so nice. The assistants, the doctor, and the staff were awesome. A guy with red hair, his name starts with a D. Now, that's how you put a needle 💉 in someone's arm. Painless, care, etc. AWESOME 🤗
The Service was sincerely excellent, since the first second in the Front Desk Agent to the last moment with the nursery, including another nurseries and the doctor. Thanks a lot.

I came in without an appointment and was attended by Dr Patrick within ten minutes of my arrival. The treatment was exceptional.
For comparison purposes, I called my primary doctor earlier and was placed on hold for seven minutes and was disconnected. Called the primary a second time and was placed on hold for 29 minutes and was disconnected again.
Urgent care is the way of the future.
I went to Baptist Urgent Care last week for a cold/sore throat I had for 10 days. Although the facility was clean and the visit was efficient, they were not very thorough. After my initial assessment with the nurse, I was not informed about any of the diagnostic tests or next steps. Considering I have co-insurance, I did not have an opportunity to agree or decline anything. At the end, I finally saw the Nurse Practitioner who told me all my tests were negative. She did not examine me, check my lungs, look at my throat, check my glands, etc. 24 hours later I developed a high fever and went to another urgent care who diagnosed me with an infection and prescribed antibiotics. This was a waste of my time and money and overall, I did not feel cared for or informed. It felt more like a factory than a place of healing. Complete with a virtual check out with registration. Cold.
