  I had a successful surgery to repair a torn labrum here. The wait time and service was efficient and the instructions for recovery were thorough.

  This was an absolute pleasure. My son had surgery on his hand. The staff was kind, and very organized. Before we left the scripts were filled. Fantastic experience.

  They had me do an mri for my right ankle had to wait 2 weeks to get the results then another week or so to see the md, i come here my appt is at 8:30 didn’t get called in until 8:55 cool not a problem . Then waited another 15 minutes or so and the dr hadn’t came in yet you can hear them talk right outside my door about “if a person has a pimple on their forehead I’m going to be looking at it “ so as I’m walking out and I’m telling the assistant i have to go to work she’s “ yeah you have two other patients in front you “ I’m walked back to the front to reschedule and the girl just has no interest telling me i would have to wait until January. Now i am not one to make scenes so i asked if she could at least give me the results and tells me that she can’t that i would have to go to where i originally got it done which this is complete BS. I worked at Baptist and i now currently work at a dr office i know how their system works. The only reason i give them two stars is due the two previous time I’ve been i saw dr. Zvijack and the pa and they were fast and got to the point.

  Making an Appointment is beyond ridiculous. I waited more than 25 mins to try and make an appt. Then they get your information tell you they will get back to you then never do. It has never taken me 3 days to make an appt anywhere else as it has this place. I only hear good thing about this doctor so hopefully they can do better with his appointments.
