- SMSara MApr 6, 20261.0My husband and my mother have been enrolled in this gym for the past 3 months. They chose it due to the good location, state of the art equipment and friendly environment; but most importantly due to their flexibility in their monthly payment & membership. Upon enrollment they told us you could freeze your account or cancel your membership with no issues as long as you communicate it before the next billing period. To our surprise, there is not only one month penalty to cancel your membership but also to freeze your account. Due to this lack of transparency and poor customer service (the company who handles freezes & cancellation has the worst call representatives who are unprofessional and extremely rude) both of them are canceling their membership and I wont be enrolling as I planned to.
