  Staff members were all very nice and extremely professional process moved quickly even when it’s packed with donors with an option to answer the kiosk questions from your personal device saving you time taking less than an hour most days .you’ll get used to the process first couple visits with little discomfort .Receive extra cash bonuses through your email address along with a rewards program of your own choice where to redeem your points

  I love this place, but I’m VERY selective about who I let stick me. If you have to adjust my needle even once, you’re done forever. Respectfully. And I’m just gonna say it, Jen at the front had a permanent attitude for absolutely no reason… like girl, why are you mad at me?? 😭 literally nobody wanted you to be there. Other than that entanglement, it’s been smooth. In and out, no issues, staff is great. Low key entertaining in there too lol. I’ll keep coming back.

  Mr. Williams had the best experience he made me feel very comfortable n was able stick me right . Have had bad experiences in the past n was gonna see how visit went if was bad. I was never gonna come back but due to him and his beautiful personality I will come everytime he works!!

  Staff is always courteous and professional. Payments are received quickly. Wait times are always short unless they’re busy but even then I’m in and out in less than an hour.

  Been here a few times I always request my pull and draw to be 85 and never had an issue but trust for some reason there was. My nurse was a young female Filipino woman when I asked to my levels lowered she seemed panicked then the man next to her (Mr. Jerry) intervened and said you can’t do that. I said I’ve never had a problem with this request I almost passed out the first time so this is what I do. He says it had to be set at 285 and 85 I again say I do both 85. He ignores me. I asked the woman what are my levels? She squirms and says ummm I don’t know and walks off. Very rude and disrespectful of both of them. They did not care about anything I said. She came back a few minutes later and explained he is her superior and she couldn’t answer that’s why she ran off. Why is her superior instilling fear in her like that? The way he looked at me seemed as if I was causing him so much extra stuff to do, he wasn’t even my nurse. I will not return to this establishment.
