While waiting, I overheard the manager of the facility say “the beds don’t have to be wiped” after the last donator was finished, and before the next person sat down. Being a clean facility should never be overlooked because of the time.

Nice place, nice people,
BUT
when I first started coming here last year I was in and out in less than an hour...convenience and time saved are the biggest pros for plasma donation places.
Respecting my time was a huge factor in returning consistently BUT...
Lately staff seem more concerned with hanging out conversing amongst themselves rather than engaging customers with due diligence and representing the establishment as a place of business. And I'm not positioning that disrespectfuly, as I understand they are not machines BUT its been excessive lately.
You could be standing around or sitting for sometimes 30 to 45mins after you finish your questions, because they might get to 2 or 3 intakes in that time frame, so could be longer before you're actually even spoken to.
Sometimes its 2 or 3 hrs before you finish the entire process, mostly because they're just in casual conversation with each other as if customers have no other purpose in their day and dont have any other places to be but to just sit and wait for the staff to get to them.
This is mostly why I stopped going to plasma places in the past. The process gets longer and longer for no justifiable reason.
I still recommend going here but just be prepared that it can take from an hour and a half to three hours for the entire process now, depending on how much staff is conversation amongst themselves.

Always an amazing experience. Will, Petra, Melissa, Hannah are my favorite phlebotomists. The only ones I allow to stick me! They do an amazing job EVERYTIME! Never digging! FIRST stick & never need assistance. Very clean facility, they accommodate me with my request of phlebotomist. Very nice & friendly staff!
How ever they need more chairs to accommodate after work hours flow. It does take a while to be called to donate, which puts donors on a tight schedule.
