My nurse was a young female Filipino woman when I asked to my levels lowered she seemed panicked then the man next to her (Mr. Jerry) intervened and said you can’t do that. I said I’ve never had a problem with this request I almost passed out the first time so this is what I do. He says it had to be set at 285 and 85 I again say I do both 85. He ignores me. I asked the woman what are my levels? She squirms and says ummm I don’t know and walks off. Very rude and disrespectful of both of them. They did not care about anything I said. She came back a few minutes later and explained he is her superior and she couldn’t answer that’s why she ran off. Why is her superior instilling fear in her like that? The way he looked at me seemed as if I was causing him so much extra stuff to do, he wasn’t even my nurse. I will not return to this establishment.
