I left the yoga session feeling like I truly invested in myself, Relative stress, with a calm demeanor. A much needed Self-care for sure.
- VVVianeth5 days ago5.0I’m somewhat new to hot yoga but felt very comfortable coming to their classes. Tami is a wonderful instructor and very encouraging throughout the class and provided alternatives to some poses I wasn’t able to do. Will definitely be coming back to the studio.

The energy is calming but also uplifting in the best way. I’ve been back two more times since my first class, and each time I leave feeling stronger, lighter, and honestly just excited to move my body. The instructors make you feel seen and encouraged no matter where you’re at in your practice. So grateful I found this space. It’s quickly become somewhere I genuinely look forward to going, and I can’t wait to keep coming back!
