We had to wait to begin until they found the "perfect person" but on the first day they were almost an hour late, they arrived asking for a cup of coffee and other food, they wouldn't keep their mask on as requested, they kept doing things that they were asked not to do and they argued about doing light housekeeping that they should have helped with, they used and left the guest bathroom a mess and overall a disaster for which my 87 year old mother was charged $598. She fired them after the first shift for cause and they demanded payment for the entire week plus administrative fees - complete rip off. So BEWARE they get their money no matter what happens, no matter how dissatisfied with the services or lack there of...
