It was only my second class here and probably my favorite Pilates class I’ve done anywhere because of both of them. Can’t recommend enough!

I rated one star because getting in contact with the manager takes days. You can email but it's at least 3 days for a response about things involving my money ($279 at that). You can tell that the staff cares extremely about the studio and members but you do not see the same care from the manager. She is rude, dismissive, and unsympathetic because of "company policy" when really it's just greed. I will not be returning until under new management. The other managers here in the past were worlds better than the current one.
