The eye doctor was great with my two kids and explained everything very well. My son was excited to pick out his first pain of glasses. Everyone was helpful. My only critique is that the room where eye exams occur is so small. There´s not a lot of extra room, so bare warning if you´re claustrophobic.

Glasses took double the time that they said it would, they made assumptions like didn’t tell my husband when his glasses were done because mine weren’t even though he has different contact information than I do just very assumptive which to me is disrespectful I will not go back to that eye place again.

I used another eye specialist because it was free with my Aetna Advantage plan, and I could not see properly after I got my new lenses. I went back to Michelle, who I have used for at least five years as part of the previous Aetna offering, and am glad I did! I did get a discount from through Aetna but the out-of-pocket cost was well worth it. I highly recommend her!
