After fighting my foot and heel pain for far too long I finally made an appointment and met with Mark Gonsalves at The Good Feet Store. Mark was the consummate professional and patiently guided me through the motions to experience and understand their program. From the moment I put the arch inserts on my heel pain abated and I felt stable on my feet again - for the first time in many months. I can’t believe I waited so long; I should have joined the program a long time ago. I look forward to being a loyal member and knowing the platform is guaranteed for life. Thanks again Mark, you made my day. Cheers

From start to finish I was custom fitted with new inserts by Warren L. and I enjoyed the process based on my particular needs. I was also given 60 days for satisfaction of the products and a schedule to follow for the inserts for maximum success to correct my posture.

The experience was good but I think I was oversold on the product. Paid too much. It may be what I need but I was very concerned about wearing out my knees and the sales person took advantage of that.

Update: Received call from store, much of conversation was legalize. They are holding me hostage legally, so tomorrow I will be going into the store for my first adjustment(legally required to return inserts). MUST have 2 adjustments legally to get a refund. When in the store, I'll find out if there's anything else preventing a refund and update here. As of now, refund requires 60-90 window, 2 adjustments legally. I've been actively wearing since they're kind of like my $25 inserts and legally I must wear them.
My advice: Go here only on the advice of a podiatrist, because the workers are NOT medical professionals. In the process of getting a refund and it is very difficult. You have a window between 60-90 days, no earlier, no later to get a refund. i bought out of desperation and didn't do my homework. Actually, accidentally went to the store. I feel really dumb. People in store are professional, but shouldn't give the type of advice they are giving. My podiatrist usually just says buy these inserts or this cream on Amazon, making no money on my purchases. They'll tell you the podiatrist is just trying to make money on inserts(which some do), but not mine probably because my feet aren't really a problem if I wear $25 inserts. I have another issue that I was desperate to resolve and these can't fix that, but still can't get my money back because I haven't reach the 60-90 day window. They actually want a note from my podiatrist to return them, which won't be an issue, just very annoying.
Will update the post as I hit the 60 day mark. Not wanting to spend anymore time on this, I just set a calendar reminder. I've talked with the Credit card company and they've instructed me exactly what I need to do. Skipping the podiatry note as this was extremely petty and almost embarrassed to ask for it after the doctor told me to ditch the good feet store. NOTE: The podiatrist said these won't do ME any good. I definitely can see them possibly helping others, but you can get inserts way, way cheaper, even customized that will do the same thing instead of paying $1600(cheapest option) to non medical professionals. At one time, I had back issues, and the $25 inserts solved that problem.

Clean and bright store. Shelby the sales associate very kind, friendly, helpful in finding correct inserts for my feet and shoes. The product pricing seems overly expensive for what are molded polymer arch supports but they feel fine while wearing.

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
