  I think that there motto should be “we’re not happy, until you’re not happy”…I came to this store to buy several pairs of optical glasses at the time of $800.00 The initial lady who assisted me with my order was exquisite, friendly, inquisitive and caring. Then fast forward to pickup, dry run in wearing them and then (gosh forbid) I decided to return them…they (Jenna/Erica) will not be helpful in the least. In fact they said without a receipt we cannot help you. We can’t look your order up. Really?! Once I pressed and asked you cannot pull up my account via phone number/name they accommodated begrudgingly. I’m super psyched if folks had positive interactions with these two: Erica and Jenna, but OMG…my interaction on two not just one occasions was horrible. Jenna seemed to be discourteous and abrasive. They spoke down to you and were smug. Either way…I do like Target optical just not this particular facility and certainly not these associates whatever tier of stature they possess. In my humble opinion if you don’t greet a customer, and fake it at least until you make it in an attempt to set the tone when they walk in…you probably would be better off and more content with a job working in a call center in an isolated cubicle.

  Very efficient! Excellent doctor who took her time with a thoroughexam and explanation. Friendly and knowledgeable assistance from Jenna! Everyone made me feel comfortable and they did not rush; they exhibited professionalism and patience.

  Absolutely terrible. We went there through our insurance because out of pocket would be less. Not true! We order four pairs of glasses. Over one thousand dollars out pocket after insurance!! We are now on day 17 after we order our glasses. We still don’t have them !!! I have never had to wait more than 3 to 5 days for glasses. This place is terrible and they don’t care. Go across the street. Much better service and you get your glasses in a couple of days
