  I had an amazing experience at Quest Diagnostics today. Klea, the phlebotomist, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and very professional throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly, which really helped me a lot regarding my lab tests. Thank you Klea, for making my visit such a pleasant experience.

  Horrible customer service. I sat in waiting room with no one in the waiting room with only 2 being served. Then a large black woman came to the lobby. Telling me I didn’t check in but my name was on screen as checked in while they took everyone else. I took yesterday off to do a 24 hour urine collection. She was rude to me I. Front of other patients instead of taking me back. Said well I was going to take you but you can leave. I had to dump my collection. I could hear her yelling at me after closing the door walking to my car. Go to Lab Corp they are always rude there and extremely lazy. They would get zero stars if it would allow me

  Went there this morning got stuck multiple times kept moving needles searching and reinserting .She tried other arm resticking same area no success after moving needles around looking for a vein no success. She call in another staff again sticks me again in both arms and hunting with needle under the skin . Wanted to get a third staff I left no thanks did not want be a pin cushion . I been doing this for years for my physical never had this experience before won't come back to this location.
