From month to month, when I arrive for my INR check, your office seems to have lost my doctor's authorization paperwork. It's not in your computer, it's not in your paper file. I have to phone my doctor's office and have it faxed over. This is a recurrent omission. What will it take to maintain my records? Thanks for your reply.

I would not recommend using Quest Diagnostics. It has been two weeks since my blood tests were completed, and there is no way to obtain an update on the status of my results. I have been unable to reach a live representative for assistance. I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow that requires these test results, and the lack of access has been extremely frustrating.
I just had one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever had with Quest Diagnostics.
I arrived while they were still open and sat in the waiting room like any normal patient would. Instead of being helped, I was told to leave the waiting area and go outside to purchase my exam online. Fine—annoying, but I did it. I stood there and paid $58 on the spot just to get the test they told me to buy.
Then the real joke happened.
The moment the payment went through, I was told they were now closed and that I needed to come back another day. Seriously? You were open enough to take my money but suddenly closed when it came time to actually provide the service?
The staff were dismissive and rude, acting like this was perfectly normal. No apology, no attempt to fix the situation, just a shrug and “come back tomorrow.” It’s hard not to see this as a perfect example of everything that’s broken with the healthcare system right now—efficient at charging you, completely indifferent when it comes to actually helping you.
Taking someone’s money for a medical test and then immediately telling them to leave because you’re “closed” isn’t just bad service disrespectful
