Pilates by Christine is a boutique Pilates studio in Clearwater, Florida, offering personalized one-on-one sessions and small group classes in a supportive, results-driven environment. Serving the Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Bellaire, and Dunedin, FL communities, we focus on helping clients improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and overall stability through guided Pilates instruction and movement-based exercises. Whether you’re new to Pilates or continuing your fitness journey, our sessions are tailored to your individual needs, including post-rehabilitation training, exercise-based rehabilitation, and core strengthening. With 3 or 4 clients per session, Pilates by Christine ensures focused attention and a customize experience.

Her attention to detail and personalized approach make each session incredibly effective. Since relocating to her new studio at 1130 Cleaveland St., my experience has been even better. The space is bright, calming, and ideal for focusing on the precision that Stott Pilates requires. The spacious parking is a big plus, too. As someone who prefers private sessions, the new studio provides the perfect setting for a more focused, tailored experience. Highly recommend Christine and her beautiful new space! This emphasizes her Stott Pilates expertise while keeping the focus on the new studio and private sessions.
