- LGLinda GibsonDec 8, 20251.0WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!! Dr. Kochenour appears to be a nice older gentleman who care about his patients, but that was not my experience and is not the case. Money/Greed is his sole motivation. When I was a patient of Dr. Kochenour my husband was dying of PSP and I was laid off. After my Invisalign process was over I was required to wear a night retainer, as all of his patients would be. Unfortunately my retainers kept breaking and at $200++ a pop and having no income it was quite expensive. I remember during one of my visits to replace my retainer one his assistant was arguing with him over sometime to do with my retainer. They were using medical terms, so I had no idea what issue was. I found out years later and thousands of dollars later that she was objecting to his use of an inferior material to make my retainers. Thus the reason my retainers kept breaking. This became apparent when Dr Kochenour was bragging to me about all the money he made off of me by using an inferior weaker product for my retainers. What kind of Doctor would do this???

- JSJoanna SmithJun 15, 20203.0My daught has been under the care with Dr. Kochenour 6 years. The staff there can be very rude. She was to come back and get a procedure done but because she was attending a out of state university, it was difficult to get an appointment for this procedure. It took 2 years and Covid19 to finally get this procedure done. They were not accommodating even if she has been a patient for 6 years. Dr. Kochenour has done a great job with my daughter ortho care.
