Furthermore, I am concerned about the potential loss of a credit toward my contacts, valued at approximately $150, which I am now unable to utilize due to this delay. I am currently not in a financial position to absorb this additional unplanned expense. I am deeply disappointed with the service, time management, and communication I have received from Target Optical regarding this matter. I would certainly not recommend this experience to others. I request an immediate update on the status of my trial lenses and resolution regarding the outstanding credit.
