Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- SPSandra Prince2 days ago1.0This is my second year in a row coming here and both times it’s been more work than anywhere else I have ever gone. I have been wearing contacts and glasses for over 20 years and this is the first time I have had bad RX, glasses that are constantly crooked and just ok service. I have now spent over $600 in two years and last year both my glasses and contacts were bad RXs (bought 200 contacts at Costco just to have them be painful) and this year I’m already having a hard time with the glasses. I didn’t even know this existed and could happen because I have been doing this for over 20 years. I have had to ask twice to get my RX and I forgot my coupon at home and they would not retroactively apply. Just feels like they don’t care. Last year when I came 3 times complaining about my glasses not once did they say I could get them re done. Now a year later after not wearing them once they tell me this. It’s just been a money dump.

An all around great experience with caring professionals. My wife and I are happy we have found a new eye care home. Thank you all for a very positive visit.
- SSStephanie3 days ago5.0Very kind and helpful staff. The dr was amazing. I really didn’t have money to dilated. I didn’t feel shamed into. The dr looked with another instrument. All looked good so it wasn’t to much of a deal not doing that. She actually talked to me about what she seen and thought.. I was very happy. The frames are costly. The sales lady was very helpful. She found me many affordable frames. She showed a lot of patience.
- MPMarilyn PDec 29, 20251.0Booked an eye doctor appointment for both my husband and I for Contacts. We showed up early and still had to wait 15 minutes for our scheduled appointment. When I told the assistant we were both here to get our yearly exams and contacts, she immediately scolded me and told me I booked glasses appointment and that they'll be another fee for an appointment (on top of already paying the $10 co pay). I told her the only option was an eye exam, we've gone to other Pearl Visions before and never had an issues when we booked. The eye doctor always asked when we got there what we needed for the appointment. Going back to this visit. The assistant was adamant on asking us both if we were happy with our current contacts, I said yes but she was pushy in trying to upsell some new contact they just got. In short, unprofessional on how pishy she was. Even the eye doctor asked if we were happy but wasnt pushing to buy the new contacts. She left that option up to us. I took the eye doctor up on trying these new contacts for a few days to see if I would like them. Ultimately did not and wanted to go back to my usual version of this brand. Called a few days after my appointment the girl on the phone was not able to find my script, said someone would call me right back I waited a day and no one ever did. I had to call them. Seems like they could care less to take care of paying customers. Fast forward to December 2025 I get a text from a random number saying to reply to the text to schedule my next appointment. How unprofessional! Call me to schedule not send a random text. On top of that I get an email saying we reserved a time for you, I get if I asked for a reservation but to make the conclusion I am rescheduling...forget about it. I'll take my money somewhere else where I don't have to pay extra, wait for my appointment, deal with unprofessionalism.

From the very welcoming tech Kyana, amazing eye doctor Dr. Dickson, and very knowledgeable sales guy Collin.
