    Alicia , on new year's day took my glasses in at ten thirty and had them repaired by eleven fifty two and cleaned ready to go outstanding job

    Ordered glasses. Great service. Glasses came in and after I tried on and said they SEEMED OFF rep advised me to take time to get used to new Rx. Well after a week I went back only to find out rep had put in wrong Rx. He promised they would be back in a week as I was leaving on vacation ..... fast forward three weeks, I just got glasses,after having been promised they would be 2 day fed ex'd and they were sent ground UPS. Horrible customer service.
