- FAFeeling Saucy with Chef AnthonyFeb 3, 20265.0This my 2nd time seeing Dr. Levine. I am in the service industry with 10-15 hours a day on my feet for over 30 years. I went to 4 different specialists to get diagnosed for stabbing almost paralyzing pains shooting up from my foot to my groin and lower back with most of the pain centralized in my shin and calf. All the other specialists suggested cortisone shots, medications, pain killers. I then went to Dr Levine at door and ankle specialists and within minutes he diagnosed the cause of my pain just be having me walk down the hallway and watching how I walk. My condition was pronation in my left foot and lack of arch support causing my foot to twist inward while walking. This put pressure on my knee which affected my entire left side.They scanned my feet and I had orthotic inserts made and within 2 weeks my pain went away 100%. The orthotics lasted about 5 years before getting worn out, which is impressive considering the work that I do. I was too lazy to go back and get new ones and eventually the pain returned 4 years later. So, here I am awaiting my new inserts and ready to walk pain free again. I highly recommend visiting this office 1st, before getting diagnosed anywhere else. Dr Levine and his team are top notch.
