I was skeptical of a large chain studio thinking I may not get the one on one support for my needs. I can honestly say that I am beyond grateful, blessed and proud of the way I have changed , grown and strengthened due to Club Pilates.(Countryside). I knew from my very first class with Linda Medina that SHE was the real deal and that she was going to MAKE ME STRONG! BOY, was I right! Linda kept me engaged, focused and confident in my journey for strength and pain relief. Then I happened into a class with Sevi and I knew that I was “home”, she made me feel so welcome with her warm, adorable sense of humor and her infinite love for her practice. The transformation is almost indescribable. I can say however that I have not needed to see my rheumatologist nor have I needed medication. I will CONTINUE at Club Pilates for ever and ever and ever…!

The Instructors/Coaches are educated and they work with each of us, helping to make sure we’re properly aligned as well as any modifications one may need. Club Pilates was the missing piece for the Healing and Balance in my protocol .This Club has completely transformed my body, and mind. I am stronger than ever now. Front desk staff is always available to help with everything I need. Not to mention the variety of classes and availability.
