    All I can say is wow!! Coming from out of town, and we came in to get our daughter checked due to a fever. Great wait times and friendly front desk staff. Vitals were taken by Donna (I hope this is her right name), she was so kind and checked my daughter’s vitals with care. Lastly we were treated by the amazing Tracy, she was so knowledgeable and she actually cared about my daughter case. I was grateful for the experience! Definitely would recommend this urgent care for any needs.

    We have never had a problem with your office before. Everybody has always been so nice. This last time that we went which was yesterday was the very first time where we had a bad experience. Please note that the agent at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, the medical assistant/nurse (not sure if she was a nurse or a medical assistant) was also super nice, helpful and, KNOWLEDABLE. However, the nurse practitioner, literally the only person that you wish knew what she was doing, was not as helpful. I felt like she kind of second guessed herself a lot, she looked like she did not have a lot of experience. Thank God this was a follow up visit. But she alleged she couldn't see my daughter's eardrums to see if she had gotten an ear infection from the infection that she has already going on in her throat. She then proceeded to ask us if we would be ok with an ear wash to where we said yes. AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS, she still couldn't tell me if they were infected. She suggested to poke my daughter's ears once more and to continue washing to which she (my daughter) said she felt uncomfortable. WE NEVER had this issue before. Sure, let's say she did have a lot of ear wax, but no other provided…NOT EVEN THE ONE WE SAW AT THIS SAME LOCATION ON TUESDAY OF THIS WEEK, said she couldn't see her ears properly. The whole appointment turned into: "let's see if I am finally going to be able to see her ears" and not: let's follow up on what brought you here today. She didn't even look at the lab test to see if my daughter had strep or not, I had to remind her to look and tell me if we were dealing with strep or not. She did not ask anything, I basically had to tell her everything. She did not provide a clear course of action, she did not say: yes, continue the antibiotic, she did not even address the issue, she did not tell us the "watch out for these signs" like the other provided did. And I could see that she was getting irritated with my 6-year-old, which I would like to point out, stayed still, and followed directions. PLEASE ASK YOUR MEDICAL ASSISSTANT, she saw how my daughter behaved. This provided was getting frustrated at the fact that 3 ear washes weren't enough for her to see an ear infection. A total waste of time. At the end, I asked her what the best way was to get rid of the wax at home and SHE DID NOT KNOW! Her "action plan" was for us to visit the urgent care again to get more ear washes! Like... nothing about the actual infection? Like???? I would also like to point out that my daughter was not exhibiting signs of having developed an ear infection from her throat infection. I was confused and angry, this provided wasted a whole two hours of our time. WE WERE THERE PASSED THE CLOSING TIME!

    Was able to do all paperwork on my phone, took 12 minutes to be seen and while we waited my son was entertained with a great show on their tv. Very spacious, clean and well lit waiting room. The whole team was polite, kind and caring. We will definitely go back.

    I found through a search of local urgent cares and picked sue to higher rating than most others and now I understand why and so thankful I found this location! Easy online appointment to help reduce wait, quick firms you can fill out via text link. Extremely clean waiting room and facility. Staff was super kind and very attentive. I was heard, they listened to my symptoms and provided quick diagnosis, contactless discharge with electronic work note, prescriptions sent to pharmacy and just such a smooth process especially when you feel horribly sick and can’t deal with anything. I highly recommend and this is my urgent care of choice! Oh, they offer cash pay monthly payment plans and specific services if you’re in between insurance. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
