My instructors Natalia and Cassia are both fantastic—they’re incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always explain the movements clearly so they’re easy to understand and perform correctly. Natalia is especially informative and motivating! The facility is spotless and well-maintained, and everyone from Donnette, her staff, to the members is super friendly and welcoming. It’s such a positive, supportive environment—highly recommend!
