My appt was for 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:20, signed in and was taken back within 5 minutes. I was in and out by 9:30. The phlebotomist was friendly & accurate. I have been going to this location for years and it has always been a good experience.

This location is the best one. I have been coming here for years. The staff is always nice and welcoming, and I’ve never had any issues. The last time I went, Keandra was amazing and very patient with me. Thank you for everything.
The staff here are the worst.Especially the lead talk about that customer service. They need to fired everybody and start over or close down at this point. There are trashy, they have trash on the floor they don't look like they clean their office very disgusting. You see vital needles everywhere
I just had the most terrible experience at this Quest location. I had an appt for my daughter (6 yo). Luckily we got right in however, the white/tall man that assisted wasn’t so friendly. I asked where I can stand, being that my daughter is 6, he gave me the stupidest look like I was stupid and said anywhere where I won’t be in the way basically. He then looks for a vein and couldn’t find (I don’t even care about that honestly). He has some Asian lady come in the room and I can tell she is already irritated, she definitely did not want to help. She gets started on finding a vein, my daughter was already poked but she was moving needle around. I get to the point where I’m worried this is going to traumatize my daughter so I’m like “idk about this” the lady snatches the band off and walks off!!! No compassion at all!! I then ask the man if there was another spot they can take blood from. Once again he gets smart and says “no this is the only area at this location, for this age” I literally just walked out. They had a horrible attitude and do not work well with kids!! Thanks for showing my daughter how rude people in the healthcare industry can really be! Will never come to this location ever again.
I do wanna say thank you to the young later who said “sorry” walking out the door. Maybe she would have been nicer to us.

I don't appreciate it the customer service of one of the gentleman working there his name is Jeff . I came in 3/3 at 10:15 as a walk in, I was suggested to make an appointment for 10:40 by the kiosk which I did. I got the text message to head back at 10:22 which I did within the 10 minutes. Sat on the waiting room as I watch everyone being called and my name on the screen and me not being called. The gentleman Jeff ask me at 10:55 after seeing me there twice when he came out to called other patience and he said my name was deleted because he called me twice and I wasn't there when I got there at 3:32 my name has been in the screen and all three employees saw me waiting there. Dont accuse me from not being there when I was and just do your job. My appointment was 10:40 and I was there before that. Thank you John for taking care of me. I dont understand where customer service and compassion went, specially in medical field when you are dealing with sick patience or health related situations.
