  I had a very frustrating experience at this optical office. I went for an eye exam for both glasses and contact lenses. Unfortunately, the contact lens prescription was incorrect, so I had to return and repeat the exam because the first test was done wrong. Later they told me that a new company was managing the contact lens system. Every time I came back, they could not find my information or the results of my new contact lens exam, and I was told to return multiple times with no clear answers. The employee named Angelic was very rude and unprofessional. The other employees actually tried to help me, but she would not allow them to assist or resolve the issue. She never tried to help find a solution or provide clear information. Even though she speaks Spanish, she never attempted to communicate with me in Spanish to make things easier. In the end, they said they could not find my results in the new system. After all this, they even told me I would have to pay again for another test. This experience was a waste of time and money, and I still never received my correct contact lens results. I would not recommend this place.

  Dont waste your time at this location for anything involving an examination. There isn't an optometrist on site! No one answers the phone when you call either, which could have saved me the hassle of showing up to a tele-health appointment to get fitted for contacts, how does that even make sense? Anyways that place is all about sales in the store.

  We've been with them since 1996. John is still with them and this is super! The new team (especially Lilianna) is fantastic! Great service and great products.

  My experience with these people was terrible. I typed up a review earlier but lost it (in more ways than one) They lied, cheated me out of $70 and didn't inform me I have macular degenerate. Then they insist on calling me and sending me info, even though I've told them SEVERAL TIMES FOR A WHOLE YEAR to STOP harassing me and that I wouldn't use their service if they paid me. They don't respond to complaints, like the BBB and another organization I reported them to, and they lie and don't return calls. Unprofessional, rude and heartless
