Then they insist on calling me and sending me info, even though I've told them SEVERAL TIMES FOR A WHOLE YEAR to STOP harassing me and that I wouldn't use their service if they paid me. They don't respond to complaints, like the BBB and another organization I reported them to, and they lie and don't return calls. Unprofessional, rude and heartless

He also fixed my existing frames since the screw fell out and I had taped the arm back on. I was thrilled he was able to fixed them for me until my new glasses came in.
