  Super easy to schedule an appointment and check in online, so I didn’t have to wait long in the lobby. My phlebotomist "BB" was very professional and attentive. She really listened to me. Knowing that I’m afraid of needles, she thoughtfully used a butterfly needle to make the experience more comfortable.

  I waited less than 5 minutes to get called in for my lab work. The technician was kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this Quest Location

  It’s a clean and nice waiting area with two check-in screens. I was late to my appointment as I forgot my labs referral and had to drive back home. Unfortunately the next appointment available was in four hours, so I decided to wait as a walk-in. However, I was immediately called back! The entire process from walking in to walking out took a maximum of ten minutes.

  I have mixed feelings about this place. I got everytime that I need blood drawn but at least the last 2 times I have gone. When I leave, I end up with a big purple bruise on my arm where the blood was drawn.

  I forgot my document for the bloodwork and a lady who was helping patients in the lobby immediately helped me when I walked in.  She was able to find out if I could obtain it from my doctors office instead of driving back home.  We WERE able to get the doctors office to fax over!! She really made my day!!
