  Wonderful agency. They came out and spent almost 2 hours with Pat and myself to make sure they addressed all of her concerns and needs. They arranged a care giver that met all her needs and was available 5 days a week, 4 hours a day from day one. She has been with us almost a month now and she treats Pat more like a friend than a patient. The agency checked up on the first day for feedback to make sure all was going well and calls periodically. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professionals to take care of loved ones.

  Thank you Home Instead and Marisol for all your help with the care of my mother, Barbara. I appreciated the many times you took to listen to me and for finally getting the "dream team" together of Jennifer, Danielle and Donna. They worked well together for coverage so my Mom always had caregivers she knew. I could not have done it without your and Home Instead help. Other agencies did not measure up to Home Instead.

  I’m new to this agency, and I want to congratulate Marisol for being so amazing and helpful! I want to thank the amazing girls who helped me. They were all so kind, patient, and professional. I especially Marisol. She’s not only professional and reliable, but also incredibly kind, patient, and dedicated. Every time I need help finding patients, she’s there right away — always making the process easy and stress-free. Marisol goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and she always does it with a positive attitude and a big smile. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their work and the people they help, but Marisol definitely does. She’s a blessing to work with, and I’m so thankful for everything she does. I couldn’t ask for anyone better — she’s simply amazing!

  I wish I had found them two years ago. They have just been the most professional, caring and compassionate agency. It’s a welcome change from the other agencies we have tried. Their caregivers are well trained, professional held to the highest standards. Their management team truly cares about their clients. Lesia has been wonderful to work with. She personally brings every new caregiver to our home and explains what is expected of them and makes sure they are a good fit.
