  First time in. Clinical room i was in was clean. Lobby restroom-not so much. MA was pleasant and efficient. PCP was attentive, pleasant and did a thorough exam. I was pleased with the care I received. Recommend and will return as necessary.

  Got right in. The check in kiosk saves a ton of time! We were able to get an arrival time for our visit prior to leaving our house. The entire staff is very friendly and made my son feel like home. We were in and out in under an hour!

  The office is ok when you need care, but billing and corporate is ridiculous. They entered our insurance information incorrectly and have since refused to fix it after multiple attempts resulting in an enormous charge to my debit card that I didn't authorize. All you can do is put in a request to speak to someone from a call center in Alabama and expect them to call you in a few days.

  Funny nurses and doctors, long wait tho, still overall had a fun time talking and checked up on. Getting the prescription for my ear infection was easy, I think the reason way they took so long is because there were more people than usual and I was taking a long time to get them all done in time for us.
