  I was treated as a person, not just a customer. They explained what they were doing and why, providing a 3D view of my teeth and gums. Everyone was friendly.

  We recently visited this dental office as new patients and the appointment itself was wonderful. The dentist, hygienist, and clinical staff were kind, professional, and made the visit very comfortable. Based on that experience alone, we would have happily continued care here. Unfortunately, the experience afterward with billing raised serious concerns. After our visit, the office sent an Explanation of Benefits outlining the charges and patient responsibility. While reviewing that document, I noticed that one of the X-rays was not covered and that the amount billed to me exceeded the allowable amount under the Tricare Dental contracted fee schedule. To make sure I understood it correctly, I contacted Tricare directly before reaching out to the office. Tricare confirmed the allowable amount and explained that Tricare network providers are contractually required to bill patients according to that fee schedule. They even emailed the office referencing the EOB and where the allowable charge was listed. I contacted the office multiple times requesting a corrected statement so that I could pay the proper balance. During these calls I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken over, and told that the information from my insurance was incorrect and that the office was allowed to charge the original amount. Despite Tricare confirming the correct allowable charge and even contacting the office directly while I was on the phone to help resolve the issue, I continued to receive statements reflecting the same incorrect balance. Eventually I was told the office had written off the amount I “didn’t believe I owed,” and shortly afterward I received a letter stating that the office would no longer provide dental care for my family. To be clear, the concern here was never about disputing a small difference in cost. The concern was that Tricare network providers are contractually required to follow the agreed-upon fee schedule when billing military families. This situation was disappointing because the clinical care we received was excellent. However, the billing practices and the way this issue was handled were very concerning. My hope is that this is addressed, as many military families rely on Tricare providers to follow their contractual billing obligations.

  Was absolutely terrified of the dentist because I had severe plaque buildup but this place made me feel extremely comfortable and did an Excellent job would highly recommend if you want. Someone honest and good at what they do.

  The dentist and nurses are fantasic. Even the office staff girls are sweet as can be. I'm a very nerves person and afraid of going to the dentist, but not coming here everyone is friendly and make you feel very relaxed. Great place to have your dental needs taking care of.
