They definitely make sure you’re comfortable while in their office even on the phones. They are very responsive with the calls, whether they answer or call you back. And for Charity Miller that is saying all those disgusting things about the receptionist, first off you are so wrong for doing that, very childish. Second off, I was in the office today while your husband ran his mouth off to the receptionist and you just sat there. You’re not even a patient there, you said it yourself, so you have no reason to be even making a review about them. Your husband was very wrong. But he just lost the best doctor he’ll have. I absolutely love Dr Contreras, Marci AND the staff! They are all so wonderful and I will always recommend them! I appreciate them all in that office and all that they do!

How can a doctor that is good have such a horrible receptionist. She swears that she has you for an appt time then changes it. She is demeaning and condescending. She lost Dr C multiple patients today because we will be telling people. Also, why can Dr C not do a same day work in? My doctor can and every doc I know of can. She told us he has nothing else and does not do work ins. Now we have to find a doc that can pull all these test and figure out what is wrong from the start. Do not bother calling all you will get is voicemail. She swears thats not true and I just tried and it is true and it sounds like a teenagers voicemail message. Come on Dr C fix it! By the way, David. If you are the first gentleman that came in, great on you. The interaction with my husband and the receptionist just started. Also, I don’t fight my husband’s battles. I have been with him twice and both times the receptionist has been downright rude. Even to me. If you are the couple, you were agreeing with me and even said she did not need to be in that office. Either way, I know several who go to this office and refuse to even deal with her. My review was about the way she interacts and not at all childish. That is what Google reviews are for. You had a great experience, good on you! We did not.
