“I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 PM and have now been waiting for nearly an hour. After inquiring about the delay, I was informed that my place in line could be checked. While Deysi was courteous and professional in her interaction, I found the overall environment to be unwelcoming, and the facility itself did not appear to be clean.
I understand that staffing shortages can occur; however, when providing services that involve blood and bodily fluids, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is essential. I would appreciate your attention to these concerns and an update on my appointment status.”
I had a great experience here today. I had an appointment and the waiting room was packed. A wonderful employee was in the lobby making sure everyone knew what was going on, were checked in and saw their name on the waiting order screen, had their paperwork with them or sent in electronically, and was just in general super friendly. There were a few young children there to get blood drawn who were nervous and this employee was talking to them in a reassuring way. The wait was short and I was seen during my 10-minute appointment window. The young woman who drew my bood was also friendly and I'll return to this location if needed in the future. I'm not sure the lobby attendant's name as her name tag was faded but looked like the letters Mas were on it possibly.

I want to start off by saying Masai is the best! She keeps the ship running smoothly and truly seems to care about the people coming in and out of this clinic. All of the phlebotomists are professional and have a gentle touch. I highly recommend coming to this Quest for any bloodwork you need done.

weird experience. there’s no person to refer to for check in, just kiosks. i went in for a tb quant test and to get my thyroid labs checked. my pcp said that the reason that they couldn’t do the tb test in office is because they require special tubes. the young guy that was drawing my blood told me that he’s “very professional but i’m gorgeous” —while i was getting my blood drawn? i was told that i had a patient responsibility of $100, even though i have two different types of insurance. and im pretty positive that i should’ve given more than one vial of blood for the two separate tests that were ordered. i realized in the parking lot that he took one vial and i definitely needed more than that drawn. but there’s no person in the waiting area to address this with, and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. i was in and out quickly and the stick was fine, but i’m pretty positive that i’m going to have to go back to get either my thyroid lab order or the tb test. and i’ll be frustrated if i have to pay another $100, considering that i have two different types of insurance and this is pretty standard labwork

I had an appointment at 2106 Lois Ave Patricia the lab technician wasn’t helpful at all. Before I sat down I told her that I had very thin veins. She just jabbed the needle into my arm and was just poking me so hard that I screamed loud. Then made an appointment the same day at 159 East Bloomingdale and I should have gone here as I have in the past. No problem both Abigail and Ana were very helpful in prepping me and getting my blood. Get rid of Oatricia over at 2106 South Lois Ave she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I know when you have the vein the blood will flow freely and thus was not the case with her. She must have received her certification from ABC in Hawaii, where you bring cash and you can get anything.
