When we first started here we loved it and the two dentists that we saw. Once it changed locations and those dentists were no longer there it became awful. They over schedule and you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. They have way too many patients and kids are running around everywhere. It’s complete chaos. Clearly, it’s more about how many kids can I see to make as much money as possible. I do not recommend if you have anywhere to be that day!

It’s quite busy, which at first, makes you think it’s a good thing but I did not leave with only that impression. Front desk is friendly, well-informed, and seem to do their best at the way their system is handled. Took a few minutes to be called back and they did not run my daughter’s insurance prior to her name being written down (it was provided during online appointment scheduling) I get that sometimes doing this saves them time but I find prepping the day before an important task in healthcare and a respect to the patients/clients waiting. The dental assistant (perhaps hygienist) unsure) was very friendly and knowledgeable. She advised me in what she deemed important and helpful and attempted to brush my daughter’s teeth. I just found it strange to hear most for the counseling from the assistant and not the provider. Then once the provider came I realized why the assistant did her due diligence… the doctor stepped in, looked inside my resistant 1.5yo daughter’s mouth and… End of appointment, took about 30 seconds. The main problem for me was not the wait time (reasonable), not the assistant struggling to brush my daughter’s 9 teeth (kids are tough), nor the impersonal doctor (actually that for me is also a mild problem) but mainly, it was the way they positioned my 18 month old. Not the preferred, more cohesive, efficient way to position a toddler/child (especially one that’s about to cry a river with strangers in her face asking to put their hands and tools in her mouth) during a dental exam and no one even tried to change it. They asked me to lie on the chair and place her on top of me. That child would not willingly open her mouth with me under her and her having all the control of her hands and body atop mine. I was a bit shocked. I was a dental assistant for 2 years back in the 2010s and we already used a different, more efficient, less traumatizing position back then. Mom sits on the side of the chair, child sits on lap, facing mom, legs on each side, child is laid down towards mom’s knees, if she cries - even better view. So I was sorry to see our insurance chosen dental clinic, pediatric, didn’t try other tricks for better cleaning and visualization. I can see this being very efficient for regular cleanings and dental work for older kids, whose parents prefer the in and out service (I also have a 10 year old so can speak from experience, in and out can be useful) but not when you’re first establishing a small child for the first time and building rapport with the new family/client.

I love this dentist office. I was afraid when I moved here that we wouldn’t be able to find another good dentist, but I was wrong. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming, especially Miss Ja’dia. She was a ball of Disney, loving joy. I’m so glad my daughter got to experience her light.

Poor practice, with drawn out dates in months between treatment, and god forbid you are late by 10 mins to appointment time, they will reschedule you - but if you are on time they make you wait at least 30 mins before you see doctor. They push unnecessary x-rays without consideration for kids health, even though medical xrays have been proven to be carcicogenic.

This is the best pediatric dentist that I’ve ever seen by far the staff is amazing very professional and very friendly. They’re great at their jobs and they work well together it’s always a great experience when I take my children there for dental appointments. Dr.Immadi is awesome and I can’t thank her enough for the service she provides she’s very kind and patient with my children and she always makes them feel good about coming to their appointments. Keep up the great work! Sincerely, Ms.Davis 😊
