Trust me when I say this place is horrible. Went there for an eye doctor appointment. I just moved here from Chicago and my other eye doctor saw me for a good 30 minutes and was very thorough. Here they saw me for literally five minutes. The doctor rushed me through and didn’t even answer my questions. I never write reviews, but this was actually horrible. Complete waste for my yearly checkup

No one waited on me or acknowledged me at all after my appointment, so I don't know how the glasses are. I ended up leaving after those who walked in off the street were waited on before me. Also, even though your insurance directs you to Lenscrafters as mine did, the doctors are private and may not take your insurance. I paid out of pocket- my glasses are broken and I didn't want to wait. I have top tier insurance and get glasses that are 1,000 or more. I'll go back to where the dr walks you out and sets the patient up with an eyeglass salesperson.

The door on the store and Google states they close at 7:30PM on Saturdays. I received a text my new glasses were ready at 6:55PM and arrived at 7:09PM only to see the store had closed early. Would be nice if the hours literally on the door of the business were correct.

Monica was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She took her time explaining single vision versus progressives.

I went to Lens Crafters today for my first pair of glasses and met Kathy while she was actually busy putting away sample glasses she took the time to help me pick out glasses that truly fit me. She was very kind and understanding to the stress of picking out your first pair, being it is a big purchase, and you want to make the right choice for you. Kathy is the reason I was able to find my new opticals and one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Thank you very much if you read this.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
