They were able to see me without an appointment and treated me like I was the only client in the office. Dr. Carlos was the first and only doctor to address my dry eye issue in forever. He went above and beyond with additional information and a treatment plan to seek a better remedy for my dry corneas. Also recommended no contacts and showed me why they were a bad idea.
- CWCheryl WalkerOct 23, 20251.0I came in the store today 10/23/25 around 11am to see if a pair of glasses that I bought from them could be repaired the girl at the front desk was very rude she stated without even touching my glasses no they are snapped I asked her again so they cant be fixed she stated no very rudely they are snapped even showed her where they were broken the screw had come out I said nothing more and left I will never and I repeat never give them my business again considering I just purchased the glasses in March she did not care to look but only make an assumption that she was wrong about I ended up going to another eyeglass establishment EYEGLASS WORLD to be exact and got my glasses repaired which the lady stated it was an easy fix worst eyeglass place they really need to teach their employees how to talk and treat customers that's a bad look for the company
