This was my first time in a very long time to use LensCrafters but it did not disappoint me. The selection of glasses are designers, Doctor K gave me my exam and she was very professional. They helped me decide. Between the frames I picked out and they were ready in less than a week.

Tried to look up if an item in stock. Person working in the store told that this cannot be done without manager and the manager was already out (at 7 pm on Saturday) and asked me to come tomorrow. Apparently store is not working without the manager and his hours not matching the store hours.

**Dishonest, stay away** It was my 1st and definitely my last time that I shop with LensCrafters. I thought I would give them a shot but that was the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life. I went in there and spent over $800 dollars and the sales person said that my warranty was valid until I had my glasses. I went in to get them fixed due to scratches and now they tell me that my warranty expired in May, that I will have to pay another $240. I don’t told them that I did not have it in writing but they should respect what their sales representative told me verbally. Again, all they worry about is the money and not customer satisfaction. I will consume business somewhere else because the headache is not worth it. Please avoid this business because they don’t respect what they stand for.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
