1hour past my scheduled appointment. Just saw the doctor. This is a pattern. Been coming here for years. One time they forgot I was in the waiting room. Terrible. People are nice enough but I can’t do it anymore. Had to reschedule a later appointment in the day due to their delay.

Might be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had I asked for my PD which they have because they made my glasses but simply because I’m not buying my new glasses at the store they wont give it to me. Outrageous and the person who answered the phone is even more rude. Thanks for nothing, so glad I changed places.

I had a wonderful experience experience overall, especially working with Danielle! She went above and beyond to help me with multiple needs—finding glasses that fit what I was looking for my face shape and assisting me with ordering. She was patient, walking me through the options and made sure I felt confident in my choice. Her helpfulness and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and easy!Thank you, Danielle!

Eric was so insanely helpful…the wrong frames were ordered by one letter and they reordered the frames in the correct style, let me keep the original frames so I had something while the correct ones were being sent, and overall just went above and beyond to ensure that I had the correct glasses in the right style with the right prescription. Very accommodating and so helpful! Thank you Eric!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
