Kathy is the reason I was able to find my new opticals and one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Thank you very much if you read this.

I was aware that they had a 30 day return policy. I waited several weeks to make sure that they did not grow on me, but they did not. I was really dreading taking them back as I have never done that before. I just thought it would be a hassle, but there was absolutely no hassle! The woman I worked with today just told me to pick out a new frame and let her know if I needed any help. I would highly recommend this store, not just because of today, but for all the experiences I’ve had with them over the years!
