  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Home Instead in Brandon. From the very first interaction, their staff has been professional, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. You can truly feel that they care — not just about providing services, but about making a real difference in the lives of their clients and families. The office team is organized, attentive, and always willing to answer questions or make adjustments when needed. Their communication is excellent, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you’re looking for trusted home care in the Brandon area, this team is outstanding.   Home Instead is a very responsive and flexible care giving service. The organization is staffed with warm professionals to accommodate my scheduling and needs with Parkinsons for assistance at home. The care giver, Linda, was initially assigned to help me at least one day a week. She is still providing care for me even after over 1 year of assistance! Some weeks she is able to provide care as I need on more than one day. My schedule is flexible for in-home care at this time. Linda of Home Instead is near my age allowing me great social communication while my husband is busy with errands and tasks around the house.

  Our excellent caregiver is Jeanette. She has been with us many months. She is versatile with scheduling, has never missed a day. She is always beautiful groomed. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and energetic. I don’t know what I would do without her. She takes great care of my husband, and helps me in so many ways. Thank you Jeanette.   Mom's caregiver is Sasha and there are not enough words to describe how grateful we are and for what a blessing she is! Mom loves her and so does our family. She is professional, caring, courteous, and takes care of mom in more ways than I can say. She is an answer to prayer for us! Sasha keeps me informed of any information of importance I may need to know regarding mom, and it is such a great help. Thank you Home Instead for having such a great caregiver as Sasha, she is truly an asset to your organization!!

  Roberta Schliegel takes care of my mother 5 days a week and is the best caregiver our family has ever had. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She has an amazing way of giving Mom her full attention when she is at the house and treats her like a family member. As an adult daughter who lives in another state and lost her best friend and mother to Dementia years ago, I cannot imagine a better person to assist my father with the challenges this disease presents on a daily basis. Roberta deserves this recognition and I thank Home Instead for bringing her to our family.
