  We have been going to Brandon Complete Dental Care for several years for my family of 6 and these guys have to be my favorite dentist of all time. They don’t upsell unneeded services. They don’t try to recommend a fake “deep clean” like the chains. They’ll tell you if a cavity is minor and you can watch and wait for it to heal or whether it should get repaired. They are fast, friendly, efficient, and honest. They also play funny pet videos to distract you from the typical unpleasantness of the dentist. They offer early and late hours and Saturday hours. One time a family member got x-rays from a different dentist who said they needed a ton of fillings. We came here for the second opinion and they clarified only one was needed and they gave us their z-ray for free when insurance wouldn’t cover it twice. I will never go anywhere else.

  my mother was referred to Brandon complete Dental because my aunt had work done there many years ago. apparently the dentist back then retired and turned over the business to his son who is more worried about couple extra dollars in his pocket then providing quality work for his patients. my mother had her teeth pulled and dentures made. she had to go back three different times to have three different dentures made because of fitment issues. the dentures she kept getting from Brandon complete looked like temu dentures bc them using the cheapest materials available. she ended up giving up on dealing with them and went to a new dentist and the new set of dentures fits like a glove this time it looks real. not like a set you would buy off temu

  I’ve been to this practice twice and am very pleased. The office staff is friendly and the entire building seems clean. One of the most important things for me is timeliness. I arrived about 15 minutes early for both appointments and they got me in early both times. Everything seems to run very efficiently and all staff members I encountered were friendly. My first appt was for X-rays and cleaning. The hygienist Kim was very gentle and thorough. I met Dr. Butala to review my X-rays and I shared that I had some sensitivity in a very old filling and we decided it was best to replace it so I made a follow up appt. My second appt was to have the filling replaced and Dr. Butala talked me through each step. She numbed me first with a topical strip and followed with an injection. I had absolutely no discomfort whatsoever! She was done in about 20 minutes and my bite feels perfect. All in all I very pleased with this dentist office and feel like they value customers time and happiness. I highly recommend this practice.

  The nerve of you guys to send me a bill of $40 after damaging my teeth after that quick horrible cleaning and the dentist attempting to pull out my perfectly fine onlay then suggesting I get a replacement . Scammers , do not go here ! They will damage your teeth .

  Be careful with what they charge you and what they also charge your dental insurance. They just want to squeeze you to the Last penny. I didn't decide to make this publication, but I must do it because really those who seek an opinion should know that this clinic is based only on money. He doesn't care about you as a patient, but as a client, YES!!! I was about 4 times and I had to pay them all out of my pocket, having insurance, but they told me that I had to pay in advance (after doing the service without telling me how much it was going to cost) and then they would charge the insurance, and if the insurance paid they would send me a check. It turns out that they call me to say that they no longer work with my insurance (that they never supposedly used it because I paid for each service out of my pocket) now when I go to another clinic and they call my insurance, they have billed some services that I paid for, and when we called Dental Care to clarify the situation, they said that I had a credit with them (that that money would be returned to me) I am still waiting for it
