  Tina was the best blood taker I have ever had (and sweet) and that is saying a lot because I have blood taken every three months in different places.

  Nay was Awesome as everyone was kind to me and professional. She had so much patience and will only go to any of quest because they are all the best. Every location I have been too and the one on manatee is also Great service and awesome! ✝️🧩 The whole staff at every location was very kind.

  Quest at 5604 Cortez Road in Bradenton is amazing! It is simple to sign in online and make an appointment, then when you arrive, click on the link on your phone and you're checked in. Both times I've visited Guest, I've waited less than 3 minutes to be called back. They are very kind and very professional!

  I checked in at kiosk and it didn't register. I waited over 20 minutes. Came back the same day in the afternoon. The tech told me I had over a $100 co-pay for testing. I told her my insurance covers all labs 100%. She continued to argue with me. I left without getting my labs done. I then called my insurance to confirm and I am correct. My insurance called Quest and was told quest is now requiring a "deposit" until claims are paid by insurance. What kind of business practice is that? I should not have to pay 1 penny for services covered in full by insurance.

  A very positive, friendly staff experience this time. Patients were greeted by a staff member in the check in room and a much warmer, kind staff experience. Most people are there early, without food and have health concerns and worries on their minds. The kindness of the staff is a treasure and much appreciated.
